高校で講演してきた！

某私立高校で講演をしてきました。対象は高校１年生200名ほど。
 大学受験の偏差値を上げるための具体的なテクニックから、 長い視点で成長・自己変革していくための本質的な話まで... Growth-Mindsetの話は結構ウケてたなぁ。嬉しい限り。  インタラクションも結構取れたし、笑いも起きたし、 結構真剣に聞いてくれていたのでウケはまぁまぁかなぁ。 一部、熱心にメモを取っていた子がいたけど、彼らは伸びそうだ！ 見学に来て下さってた方から、｢是非同じ内容を中学生にも！」と言って頂けた。 ただ...、反省点は盛りだくさんで、録音データを聴き返してだいぶ凹みました(笑) 以下リフレクション。 ■反省１：気付くと早口になってる 内容が盛り込みすぎだったこともあり、 無意識に早口になっていることに気付いた。 その時は自分では丁度良い速度で喋っているつもりでも、テープで聴くと、 ハイテンポ過ぎて落ち着きがないし、聞き取りにくい。 自分が思っているよりゆっくり、そして沢山間を取りながら喋ろう。 そのためには盛り込みすぎないよう伝えたいことをきっちり絞らねば。 ■反省２：依頼者と聴衆のニーズを同時に満たす 今回、大事なことを忘れていた。それは、 高校生が聴きたいこと ≠ 学校が言って欲しいこと であること(笑) 高校生の興味を惹いて面白い話をすることに必死になり、 ちょっと好き勝手言い過ぎたかもな〜と反省ｗ 聴衆と依頼者の2層のニーズを同時に満たすこと... こういう依頼された際の講演では大事ですね。 きちんと講演料を頂いて、こういう講演をするのは初めてでした。 貴重な学びの機会を頂けてありがとうございました。 [安齋 勇樹] ｜コメント(13) ｜トラックバック(0)｜教育・学習｜日記｜

ミクシィからお邪魔します。 キャリア教育のボランティア講師を年3回くらいしてますが、ほんとに先生の言ってほしいことと子どもの聞きたいことってズレますよね。本質的に大切な事はそう変わらないとは思うのですが、アプローチが違うのかなと思ったりしてます。いろいろ参考になります。 投稿者：ねえさん｜2009年6月11日 21:00
