マインドセットスクール（6/28）が終了しました！ 本日は安斎がファシリテーター。 "見る"ということをテーマにした「CVS workshop」 を実施しました。 私たちは生まれてから現在まで、"眼"を使って多くの情報を獲得してきました。 今も、これからも、日々様々なものを「見る」ことになるはずです。 しかし、改めて考えてみると、「見る」とは一体何をすることなのでしょうか？ まぶたを開けていることが、「見る」ことなのでしょうか？ 世界をより良く「見る」ためにはどうすればいいのでしょうか？ 今回は、そんなことをみんなで一緒に考えるワークショップになりました！ 題材は、コンビニエンスストア（CVS）です。 普段日常的に利用しているコンビニを扱うことで、 改めて「見る」ということについて考えていきます。 早速、ワークショップスタート！  今回、参加者はワークショップに来る前に、 どこかのコンビニで好きなお菓子を買ってきています。 お菓子を紹介しながら、自己紹介。  ■違いを見つける 東京大学の周辺には主要なコンビニはほとんど揃っています。  前半は、そのコンビニの「違い」を見つけるワークです。 各グループ、２つのコンビニを選び、探索します。  いざ見てみると、違いは様々あります。
中学生からは「ゴキジェットの置き方が違った」という意見も(笑) 同じコンビニを見ていても、人によって見つけてくるものは違う。 どうやら、"見えている"ことと"見る"ことは違うようです。 ■「見る」を深める ここで、アタマを刺激する様々な写真を紹介。   錯視、カラーバス効果、光点運動視、etc.. "見る"ことへの意識が高まってきたかな？ 次に、深く見る練習をすべく、４コマ漫画を読み解きます。 4コマ漫画というのは、極力情報を少なくそぎ落とされた表現方法です。 その裏にある意図や見えていない情報を観察するには最適の教材です。  時間をかけてディスカッションしながらコマを眺めていると、 出題者の僕も気付かなかった情報や解釈が沢山発見され驚きました。 ■コンビニをリデザインする 後半は、コンビニを１つ選んで、その広告（チラシ）をデザインするワーク。 ただの広告を作るのではなく、前半の時よりも更に深く観察し、 他のコンビニには負けていないそのコンビニだけの"売り"を 見つけ出し、コンビニをリデザインしていきます。  担当するコンビニをじっくり見ているだけでは、強みや売りは見えてきません。 他のコンビニも比較する中で、新たに見えてくることもあります。 何気ない部分に売りが隠れていることも。  安斎は研究室の真っ赤な自転車で巡回していました(笑)  観察して情報を得たら、それを元にチラシを制作します。  デザインが目的ではないので、既存のチラシをどんどん参考にします。  完成したら、作品をプレゼンテーション！  みんな、観察から発見した売りをうまく見せ、 従来のコンビニを全く新しい形にリデザインしてくれました。 一部紹介すると、たとえばこのチーム。  このチームは、ファミリーマートにビッグサイズのお菓子を扱っていることに着目し、"弁当スイーツ(爆)"と題して、弁当のようにスイーツを食べたい男子や、三度の飯よりスイーツが好きな女子に向けたチラシを作ってくれました。  プレゼンも男臭く、暑苦しく、とてもわかりやすかったです(笑) 一方、このチームは、一見大人の女性をターゲットにしているナチュラルローソンに、実は高齢者層が多く来客していることに気づきました。更に、高齢者層にそのままヒアリングまでしたそうです(笑) その結果、高齢者層が野菜などの食品から、医薬品まで、生活に必要なものをナチュラルローソンで手に入れ、かつ出会いや交流の場として機能していることを発見しました。  そこで、"SILVERコンパ"（＝シルバー層向けコンビニ＆スーパー）と題して、ナチュラルローソンをリデザインしてくれました。 MindsetSchool常連のこうき君は、中学生とは思えない 超ハイレベルプレゼンで会場を沸かせていました(笑)  ■世界をより良く「みる」ために プレゼンが盛り上がったところで、リフレクション。  世界をより良く"みる"ために今日から実行出来るアイデアを、 グループで３つずつ、考えてもらいました。  ワークを通して"みる"ことに意識が高まっていたこともあり、 中学生、大人問わず、素晴らしい意見が沢山出ていました！  出たアイデアを紹介すると... ・日記などのアウトプットを書くようにする。アウトプット意識を持つことで、見えることがある。（今回はチラシを作る目的があったから、コンビニの見え方が変わった。） ・頭の中に「問い」を持つようにする。（今回は「このコンビニの"売り"は何か？」という問いがあったから色々なものが見えた。） ・情報を色々な立場から見てみる。失敗を成功に変えられないか？欠点を魅力に変えられないか？など ・細かいところに宿った「感情」を探る。（人間の感情の本質は細部に現れる） ・振り返りをする。その日見たものを1日の終わりに振り返る。 ・観察から得た考え（仮説）を、あとで検証する癖をつける。 ・背景に心を飛ばす。（時間軸、空間軸を動かして背景を想像する） ・情報源を増やす。（雑誌、テレビ、ネット、etc..） ・"当たり前"を疑う。（今回は"みる"ことを疑った） などなど･･･ 個人的にはこのディスカッションが最も楽しい時間で、 思わず興奮して色々口を挟んでしまいました。  今回は以上になります。 このワークショップの最大の特徴は、街中の至るところにある"コンビニ"という題材を使った点です。今後、コンビニを利用するたびに、今回の活動と学びを想い出し、世界を深く"みる"ことに意識を高めて欲しいなぁと思います。 [安斎 勇樹] ------------------------------------------------------- 共催： NPO法人 Educe Technologies http://www.educetech.org/ ｜コメント(23) ｜トラックバック(0)｜MindsetSchool｜
