対話プロセスの伝達手段としてのワークショップ

他者との対話のプロセスで得た「気付き」を、 対話に参加しなかった別の他者に伝えるのはとても難しい。 じっくり対話する中で、自分はものすごく腹落ちしてるんだけど、 その腹落ちしている内容を要約して他人に説明しても、全然伝わらない。 最近そんなことがよくあります。 たとえば飲み会で白熱した議論や気付きとかって、人に説明できなくないですか？ んー、わかんないかなぁ、この感じ！...みたいな。 もちろん単に新たな知識を得ただけの場合は説明できるけど、 創発的に議論が上昇していった時なんかは、伝達がとても困難。 理解させることは出来ても、ハラに落とすことが出来ない。 （単にぼくの説明力が無いからかもしれないけど。） かといって、伝えるために、全く同じプロセスで対話をし直すのもなんか違う...。 そこで気が付いたのは、その対話プロセスの表現・伝達手段として、 ワークショップが適しているのではないか？ということ。 伝えたい「気付き」をコアメッセージとして、 対話のプロセスをストーリー化し、１つのワークショップを構成する。 そして、非日常的な空間・活動を用意することで、 対話のプロセスをある意味"効率的"に疑似体験させる。 先日、カフェ的な場（対話の場）とワークショップって連携できそうだよね～ となんとなく喋ってたけど、そんなところにヒントがありそうです。 ｜コメント(8) ｜トラックバック(0)｜教育・学習｜日記｜
