出張ワークショップ

今朝、私立佼成中学にて授業をやってきました。
200人弱の中学3年生を対象に、着想ワークショップを実施。  以前MindsetSchoolで好評だったものを（かなり）短縮して実施。 人数多すぎ×授業時間短い という条件で、なかなか"ワークショップ的"にするのが難しかったですが、 学校の授業としてはなかなか成功だったんじゃないかと思う。  よく手も挙がり、いろんな着想を発表してもらえました。  アシスタントファシリテーターをやってくれたVOICE副代表 野島くんに感謝！ まぁそれでも、やっぱり眠そうな生徒、聴いてない生徒、お喋りをする生徒はいるよね（笑） 授業後は、来年度の授業改善案を話し合い。 アイデアはいくらでも出てくるけど、 やはり学校という場は、「変える」のが難しいんだなー、ということを実感する。 それでも、藤田先生は「私は首を切られても良いですから」と、 覚悟を決めて前向きに"変革"を見据えていて、本当に素晴らしい。 僕ら学生も何も怖くない身分なので（無責任ｗ） 少しでも変革のお手伝いができればいいなーと思ってます。 そうそう、 そんな僕ら学生の活躍が認められ、 学校内に「よのなか科ルーム（仮）」という大学生専用の部屋を頂きました。 プロジェクタ、PCなどが完備され、非常に広い快適な部屋！！ VOICEの勉強会や、ミーティングにも使用していいとのこと（笑） どうもありがとうございます。 来月には、高校2年生を相手にワークショップをさせていただくことも決定した！ 着想ゲームを、とのことだったけど、ニーズ的にMONOGATALワークショップをやろうかな。 ｜コメント(21) ｜トラックバック(0)｜教育・学習｜日記｜

Incredible write-up. Did you study the associated piece in the Huffington Post a while back? It seems that more and more mainstream media are having to pay consideration to this.
